Tim Groves

A senior Marketing leader with over 20 years experience, Tim started his career in advertising agencies in London, before coming to Australia. Here his career has inexorably moved towards Marketing Technology and client-side roles.

Allianz is, according to Interbrand, the leading insurance brand, with a wide range of insurance and fund products for 92 million customers in more than 70 countries. Allianz Australia provides insurance to more than 3 million local people and businesses. Allianz provides workers compensation services to around 25 per cent of Australian employees and insure over 50% of top 200 BRW-listed companies. Proud winner of the Large General Insurance Company of the Year 2018 (Australia/New Zealand) and Workplace Gender Equality Award 2018.

Tim is responsible for guiding Marketing Technology at Allianz Australia. The company is currently on the journey of a full Adobe Experience Cloud implementation utilising both local and global resources. Prior to Allianz, Tim has worked with a broad range of leading brands in marketing strategy, insights and technology roles.
