Shawn is Senior Director, Business Development and Marketing Strategy for Asia. He has been part of the Sony Music family for almost a decade and joined the Asia Regional Office in 2017 to support and embed new approaches and processes for marketing and business development across the region. Shawn initially joined Sony Music’s international team at its London office, focusing on the creation and rollout of a wide range of insight tools (including proprietary segmentations and artist projects). Over the years Shawn has been increasingly focused on the application of insight and planning across Sony Music’s offices around the world, creating a wide range of approaches and strategies supporting over 45 countries across 6 continents.
