Sandy is the Brand Marketing regional lead in Google Asia Pacific. She is the brand guardian and evangelist of Google’s commitment and values. She is responsible for strategic planning, development, and execution of brand initiatives and programs, including the APAC-born, global initiative, Women Will, an initiative that focuses on digital programs for economic empowerment for women across the world. Since she took up the role of Global Lead of Womenwill in 2016, she had made the initiative available from 3 countries in Asia to more than 65 countries globally, helping millions of women around the world. She is one of the Google’s subject experts and key spokesperson at international forums, including the UN Women's Economic Empowerment Summit in Sharjah, World Bank’s Digital Jobs for Youth report, and World Bank’s Global Annual Meeting in Singapore. Growing up in Indonesia, she is deeply passionate about positively impacting lives and improving the region. She belief that technology can level up the playing field and open up opportunities for everyone, so more people have the skills they need to succeed in a digital world. Sandy is an experienced marketing leader, with more than 15 years of proven management and brand building of the world renowned brands, including Kraft and Nescafe.
