Having spent 18 years of my marketing career across both Australia and the UK, I’ve been lucky to have worked with some amazing brands, tech start-ups, publicly-traded companies, private equity-backed as well as mature organisations. This breadth of experience has equipped me with a strategic, global, B2B marketing knowledge base, which fuels my passion for developing and executing strategies that are customer-centric, business-critical, revenue-generating and supportive of brand and market positioning across all audiences, channels and geographies.
I like to focus on building brilliant brand and customer experiences, as I’ve always believed that having a brand with a personality is such an easy way to differentiate from your competition. Customers want more than just great software or a product, they need a transparent and cohesive experience that moves beyond the product. To enable this, my role is to steer the journey of a prospect through their entire engagement and buying experience, then through their journey as a customer. The goal is to get your customers to be your 'champions' and to recommend you, not just to buy from you.
