Melanie is the Head of Digital & Operations for Asia Pacific at Adobe. Over the past 19 years in marketing, Melanie has managed end to end marketing, digital, channel, analytics, operations and business strategies. In 2014 she was recongnised for her contributions by ARN, where she won the award for excellence in ICT channel.
Melanie has applied customer behavior modelling in a number of ways across digital channels and is passionate about customer journey management. In her role at Adobe she leverages the Adobe Experience Cloud to take data into action and drive highly personalized customer experience.
