He has wide experience consulting with businesses to devise data-driven solutions in the areas of customer segmentation and personalization, digital journeys and advertising optimization, marketing attribution, sales response forecasting and pricing analytics. Currently he is helping bring NTUC Link’s digital transformation to the next level, applying advanced analytics to boost customer engagement for its Plus! loyalty program.
