Karl Galea

Karl is Head of Customer Experience Strategy within the Customer Vale Management team at Vodafone Hutchison Australia. He leads the Knowledge and Insights team, responsible for Customer Insights and Campaign Performance.

Prior to this role he has held various other roles in marketing, both in Australia and Europe. His PHD focused on the evolution of conversation in the new media.
