Software Solution Sales Leader
Jo is a Digital Solutions Leader for the APAC region in GE Power. In her role, Jo drives strategic partnerships with power and utility industry organisations in the adoption of GE’s Power Digital software solutions through digital transformation. She is responsible for client strategy, sales execution and client success efforts in the region encompassing A/NZ, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.
Jo joined GE in 2016 with over 15years of solution sales leadership and business development experience across enterprise software, client relationship management and alliances/partnership roles. Prior to GE, Jo held diverse roles at IBM and Lenovo ranging from account executive, eco-system partnership leader, client relationship director and software account executive. After spending some time in the analytics space in Australia, Jo relocated to Singapore in 2015 to lead the predictive maintenance software business for IBM South East Asia, where she was responsible for the overall business performance, go to market strategy, client relationship management and partnership development. It was in this role that Jo found focus in working with asset intensive organisations including those in the power and utility industry. In addition to successfully securing wins in this market, she was also an active speaker at various industry events which cemented her interest in partnering with asset intensive clients to successfully adopt digital solutions to improve business productivity and efficiency. Her client experience and exposure to APAC regions include A/NZ, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Philippines.
Jo graduated from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia with a degree in Business Systems majoring in Economics under an Industry Based Learning scholarship stream. Jo has also completed a business management course at Singapore Management University in partnership with Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
