Eleanor leads and stewards the development of world-class Digital leadership & Customer management within Asia Pacific at Coca-Cola. She partners with cross-functional leadership, bottling partners and senior leadership to lead a Digital transformation within Asia Pacific. The digital strategy framework developed by her has been adopted across Asia Pacific.
Eleanor also leads Digital Council for Coca-Cola Asia Pacific, on behalf of Group President of Asia Pacific. The Digital Council is an advisory group consisting of Digital & eCommerce leads from all 5 Business Units to accelerate digital efforts, scale learnings and develop faster prototyping of successful initiatives. Eleanor is passionate about enabling a cultural transformation to enable Digital transformation within Asia Pacific, through rewiring ways of working and increasing exposure to tech community and external networks.
