Chris Chen is the Head of Consumer Healthcare (Southeast Asia) at Mundipharma. Prior to this, he was the Director of Digital Strategy at Mundipharma for the Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East and North Africa markets. He continues to be tasked with the role of ensuring Mundipharma continues to provide benefits over and above their medications.
Mr Chen graduated from the University of Auckland with a BSc in Biomedical Science (Neurobiology), and later completed Postgraduate studies in Pharmaceutical Science at the same institute.
Prior to joining Mundipharma, he was the Head of Search for the Solutions & Innovation team at Google, Singapore. As part of his role, he led APAC’s commercial business strategy for performance-driven advertisers.
He has always had a passion for the intersection of science and technology, having spent his time before Google working in both the pharmaceutical and telecommunication industries at Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca and Telecom NZ
