Chris Chang

Currently managing the loyalty operations of reward-U, Christopher is responsible for the development of a robust and intuitive rewards system for members. Christopher plays a key role in planning the marketing strategy of reward-U to facilitate member acquisition and engagement. Christopher also leads the execution of various digital projects to optimize different communication platform to raise awareness of the brand, vale proposition and partners’ offerings. Moreover, he oversees the programme’s technological innovations, such as leading a mobile app project to maximize rewards for members based on data-analytics and prediction modelling.

Christopher has over 20 years of loyalty and marketing experience. Christopher started his loyalty marketing career with Exxon Mobil in Hong Kong. He then helped to launch the first telecom loyalty points program ‘Club Best’ for HKT, the largest telco company in Hong Kong. After that, Christopher took up key roles in other loyalty programs, including Cathay Pacific’s Asia Miles and HKT The Club.
