Responsible for leading the global brand, marketing and activation strategies for Luxury Escapes, Chelsea has been instrumental in forming partnerships with brands such as Qantas, American Express, Nikon and Singapore Airlines and the marketing rollout of new global products such as Flights and Experiences. Chelsea was recognised for her work as a finalist the 2018 B&T 30 Under 30 Awards.
Prior to Luxury Escapes, Chelsea developed significant experience in agency and small business roles, beginning with the business she founded at just 18 years old, the Green Room Nutrition Bar. Recognised as Tasmania’s Entrepreneur of the Year for the business, she later sold the business and founded Sydney-based creative agency Raw Street in Sydney. Chelsea is also a board member for Waves of Wellness Foundation (WOW), a mental health surf therapy charity, and not-for-profit OneWave.
