Caroline is currently Head of Ecommerce (Pure Players) for L’Oreal Australia. She began her career with the L’Oreal group 9 years ago, starting as a Management Trainee across various marketing and commercial functions in the UK, before joining the commercial team in the Luxe Division. During this time she worked across several premium brands, and with many major and speciality retailers – both online and offline – including Boots, Debenhams, Selfridges, Harrods, Space NK and Feel Unique, culminating in a role as UKI Commercial Manager for Kiehl’s and Shu Uemura.
She joined L’Oreal Australia in June 2018, initially working for 6 months with the Consumer Products Division, before joining the CMO team in June 2019. In her current role she oversees trade with key ecommerce partners in Australia and the development of this channel across the business.
